E-sport Rules

The e-sport version of the online games Sweet Clash and GodsofGods.

This version dated 30/03/23 is subject to change based on the progress of our internal tests. Indeed, our tournaments are in beta phase and still require development. It is important to regularly stay informed of our competition terms and conditions in our games.

Virtual currency:
Our games have two different types of virtual currencies:

a). Opals: This virtual currency is available for use in our SweetClash and GodofGods games. You can acquire it by making purchases through our store or by playing our games for free on PVE and PVP formats. These Opals are neither transferable nor exchangeable for a sum of money. As we are in the beta phase, it is important to understand that we may modify, suspend, or terminate Opal earnings related to PVE and PVP formats, as well as temporarily or permanently close the store.

If you have purchased Opals through the store, your purchase is considered completed when M3 receives confirmation of your payment from its payment partners.

Regarding the price of Opals, it is payable in full on the day of purchase by the user, through secure payment methods, as confirmed by the payment methods of our authorized partners.

The prices displayed in the store are net prices in Euros or Dollars, depending on your geographic area. VAT and its rate are applied in addition to the price, as they also depend on your geographic area.

The displayed rates do not include internet connection or other communication costs necessary to access our services, store, and games. These costs are your responsibility.

The payment requested from the user corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these fees (excluding VAT).

Right of withdrawal related to the store:

In principle, the user (consumer) who resides in the European Union has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the validation of their reservation to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty and without having to justify themselves. However, by accepting our general terms and conditions, you give your prior and explicit consent that the Opals you have purchased will be delivered to you before the expiry of said withdrawal period. Therefore, by validating these terms, you declare that you are aware of this right and expressly waive it.

b). The GR: This virtual currency is made available to you for use in our SweetClash and GodofGods games. Like Opals, it will not be possible to buy them directly from the game store. You can get them by playing regularly for free in PVE and PVP formats. Alternatively, you can convert Opals to GR via the exchange store. These GR cannot be transferred from one account to another or exchanged for a sum of money. However, by participating in our tournaments, only the accumulated winnings (not the initial bets) of GR can be exchanged for real money under certain conditions explained below. As we are in the beta phase, it is important to understand that we may modify, suspend, or terminate the GR winnings related to PVE and PVP formats, but also temporarily or definitively close the exchange store.
General conditions of the Tournament format:

Any minor is prohibited from participating in a competition organized by the company M3 unless authorized by their legal representatives, who must justify their identity and that of the minor by presenting their identity document issued by the competent administration of the State whose nationality the holder possesses. These documents must be valid.
In order to participate in daily tournaments, it is necessary to have "Golden Rabbits" (GR) in the game, which can be obtained in several ways. Either by exchanging Opals, the paid virtual currency from the store, or by playing for free in the PVE (player versus environment) or PVP (player versus player) version.
Only the aforementioned GR can be accepted as participation fees.
It is possible to participate in an unlimited number of tournaments as long as the player has enough GR to participate.
Four tournaments are available during the Beta version. Participation fees in GR are proportionally increasing. Winning the first match allows you to recover your initial bet.

No randomness is possible during the competitions. All players compete with their pre-prepared deck of cards.
To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our competition format, an E-level must be respected in order to participate in our tournaments. This E-level, corresponding to an ELO format, may be modified according to player feedback. Currently, the level is set at 35 E-level for 8 cards. Because each deck is specific to the player, each degree of rarity confers a penalty of 1. Thus, talents and card levels confer penalties.

You can request a payout of your winnings in real money from our company by respecting all the conditions listed below:

Only winnings recorded in tournaments can be counted for withdrawal. If you win your first round, the system will refund your participation fees in GR, which are not considered as winnings. Only what you win in tournaments beyond your entry fees will be considered as potential winnings. For example: You enter a beginner tournament with 5K GR, you finish 3rd or 4th, the system gives you back the 5K GR to participate again. They will not be considered exchangeable. However, if you finish 1st, your reward will be 15K GR. Considering your initial bet of 5K GR, your cumulative winnings will be 10K GR for potential withdrawal.

In order to make a withdrawal, it is imperative to have the equivalent of $50 in GR, which is currently 50,000 cumulative winnings. Winning 5 beginner tournaments in a row allows you to make your first withdrawal.

When you wish to make a withdrawal, it is imperative to fill out a KYC (Know Your Customer). This KYC protects the community from potential fraud or multiple accounts held by malicious users.

When you make a withdrawal, it is important that you declare your activity as a professional video game player. Indeed, cumulative winnings can reach significant amounts, and it is imperative that you are able to declare your activity in order to protect yourself. Beyond a certain amount, it is possible that our company will ask for proof of declaration from the competent authorities.

In order to participate in an intermediate tournament, it is necessary to have won a Beginner tournament. Similarly, in order to participate in an Epic tournament, you will need to have won an Intermediate tournament...

When you finish 1st in a tournament, you win a key that allows you to participate in our weekly, monthly and annual tournaments free of charge.

Very important, multi-accounting is prohibited in our games. M3 may suspend, prohibit or even close one or more accounts belonging to the same identity, email, phone or even IP address. If an account has been closed in this way, no recourse will be possible, the decision will be final and the Opals and GR associated with the account will be permanently lost.

If the user decides to stop playing our games and close their account, all Opals and associated GR will be considered lost. No claim will be possible as it comes from the user's own will.
