Annex 3 - Opal Redemption Conditions

We are setting up an Opal redemption system by the company SAS MultiMetaMultiverse.

For this Alpha phase, the M3 company will buy back Opals at a rate of 1 € incl. VAT for 120 Opals.

In order to redeem Opals, it will be necessary to meet certain conditions.

1.       Own at least the equivalent of 50 € Opals, which is currently 6,000 cumulative Opal winnings. However, be careful, this conversion could change depending on the progress of the competitions.

2.       It is imperative to have participated in at least 5 tournaments. Indeed, our main goal is e-sport and competition so that players can have a professional player status and protect the community.

3.       For your first withdrawal, it will be imperative to fill out a KYC (Know Your Customer). Like the previous point, this KYC protects the community from possible frauds, or multiple accounts held by certain wrongdoers. Also, we ensure that players are of legal age, i.e., at least 18 years old to participate in the competitions.

4.       When you initiate the Opal redemption procedure, it is important that you declare your activity as a professional video game player. Indeed, accumulated winnings can reach significant amounts, and it is imperative that you declare your activity in order to protect yourself. Our team is here to help you with your declarations. Please note, it is possible after a certain redemption amount that our company will ask you for proof of declaration from the competent services.

5.       In order to participate in an intermediate tournament, you must have previously won a beginner tournament. The same goes for other types of tournaments that have higher participation fees.

6.       When you finish 1st in a tournament, you win a key that allows you to participate in weekly, monthly, and annual tournaments without participation fees and with guaranteed winnings.

7.       A minimum delay of 3 working days will be necessary for the Opal redemption procedure to be complete. Depending on the redemption mode you choose, the timelines can vary.

8.       Several redemption methods will be at your disposal. Please note that Opal redemption fees differ depending on the chosen redemption method.

9.       The player who wishes to redeem Opals will bear the costs associated with the redemption made. For example, when it is a bank transfer, the player will have to pay the bank fees, the same applies to all other available redemption methods.

10.   In the Alpha phase, Opal redemption requests will be made manually with our competent team. The procedure will be simple, an email must be sent to the following address: [email protected]m with the subject line of Opal Redemption. Our team will then contact you to finalize the redemption procedure.
